Our approach for your mental wellbeing.
Sometimes, it may feel easier to look for external validation, looking at people around you to accept you when you may not want to accept yourself. That is where therapy comes in, to help you understand yourself better.
I work from a warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned lens, drawing from acceptance therapy, emotion-focused work, and psychodynamic approaches. With a background in kinesiology and years of teaching violin, I help clients gently understand their patterns, and develop skills that truly fit who they are. Using a client-centred approach, I accept clients for who they are and will non-judgementally listen to any topic with curiosity and care.
